eJury is a great new tool to help prepare for trial.  Within a matter of a few days, I had the opinions from 50 Middlesex County (Massachusetts) residents concerning an auto accident case.  With the eJuror's comments about liability and damages, I was able to sharpen and refocus the theme of my case.  I have used focus groups before and I think that eJury is more helpful in many ways.  The cost was less than $1,000 and it was well worth the investment.

For me eJury had two very beneficial effects. First it gave me some results demographically that surprised me and made me think twice about the type of jurors I would want if my case went to trial.
