eJury was
invaluable in picking the jury who awarded my
client $6,555,900. When you hear and see
what 50 people think about your case, you are
light years ahead. Without any doubt, eJury
helped me find the right case themes, and the
right people for my jury. |

We
found the eJury responses extremely helpful in
preparing for mediation and settling the
case. I was pleased with the thoughtful and
insightful responses of the e-jurors. This
would be an invaluable resource for preparing for
trial. I would highly recommend it to anyone
looking for an additional tool to craft a winning
case. |

eJury offers a quick and easy way to get some very
helpful feedback, not only on the value of your
case, but also on how a jury might react to
certain issues or themes in your case. I
would definitely recommend this service.

I
have conducted a number of mock trials/jury focus
groups, and in my opinion, eJury gave me
everything the more formal programs do at a
fraction of the cost. I intend to make eJury
a part of every case I have in litigation.

eJury
is a great new tool to help prepare for
trial. Within a matter of a few days, I had
the opinions from 50 Middlesex County (Massachusetts)
residents concerning an auto accident case.
With the eJuror's comments about liability and
damages, I was able to sharpen and refocus the
theme of my case. I have used focus groups
before and I think that eJury is more helpful in
many ways. The cost was less than $1,000 and
it was well worth the investment. |

eJury has been
very useful for us in obtaining as much or more
information than we otherwise had been getting
from focus groups, only at a much more economical
cost. eJury has helped us make decisions and shape
issues for both settlement and trial purposes. We
will continue to use eJury on a regular basis.

I
found eJury to be very beneficial in our trial
preparation. We were able to focus in on the
demographic of the type of juror we were looking
for along with the concerns the eJurors were
having. We used the eJury result to help
maximize the value of the case which had a
punitive damages component. The jury at
trial awarded a total of $2,340,942.59, and I
believe the knowledge gained from eJury was money
well spent. I recommend this service and
will use it again.

For
me eJury had two very beneficial effects. First it
gave me some results demographically that
surprised me and made me think twice about the
type of jurors I would want if my case went to trial.
Second, it gave me some good ammunition to use at
mediation on the potential damage award that I
would not have expected.
